Our strategies always reflect the wider aims and objectives of clients. They are conceived after a period of in-depth evidence gathering informed by talking to employees, stakeholders and customers. This is followed by analysis of the data gathered into key themes which we use to inform strategic recommendations.

Only senior director-level members of the Admiral team will work on your strategy. In putting it together, however, we would also seek to engage key members of your own team to ensure wide internal ownership of the project.
